About...
The Neighborhood Health Services is made up of Public Health Nurses, Social Workers and Outreach Workers who work in the community to help Columbus citizens improve their health. In order to serve the Columbus community, staff are assigned to one of the 4 Neighborhood Pride Center areas. All are familiar with the areas and available governmental and community resources. Neighborhood Health Services' staff is also involved in other community health efforts. They provide health-screening clinics at a variety of sites in Columbus and work closely with programs like AccessHealth Columbus. They are always looking for additional opportunities to help improve the health of Columbus residents.
Program Services
Neighorhood Services staff help with a range of health, social service and educational needs. They know how to identify ways people can improve their health and can link people to health and community agencies when additional services are needed.
