The Office of Public Health Standards is responsible for activities related to monitoring the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of programming. Columbus Health Department activities are assessed according to the Ohio Department of Health Local Health Department Quality Improvement Measures and the National Public Health Standards. Program Management reports are collected and maintained for tracking progress on goals and objectives that relate to Mayor Michael Coleman's Columbus Covenant. In addition customer satisfaction with department services is tracked by reviewing customer feedback forms.
Program Services
Oversee assessment of program activities in relation to local and national public health standards. Provide guidance for completing program management reports and track progress on goals and objectives. Collect customer feedback forms and analyze and report results.
