How To Use The Program
Walk-in pregnancy tests: Mon., Thurs., Fri. 8-11:15 and 1-4:15 Tue. 10-1:15 and 3-6:15 Wed 8-11:15 Obstetrical care by appointment: Call (614) 645-6424 Picture ID required. Proof of income required for uninsured clients.
Cost
Walk-in pregnancy tests: $10.00 for uninsured clients; The program uses a sliding fee scale for all other services for uninsured clients. The program accepts Medicaid, CareSource and Medicare.
