Diabetes screenings at the Columbus Health Department are provided through a partnership between the Central Ohio Diabetes Association and the Columbus Health Department. Early detection and appropriate treatment for diabetes is essential to preventing disabilities and reducing the number of deaths from diabetes.
Program Services
Diabetes screenings and information are offered on the first and third Monday of each month from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the Columbus Health Department lobby.
Who Is The Program For?
This program is for residents of Columbus and Franklin County.
How To Use The Program
Come to the Columbus Health Department lobby on the first or third Monday of each month between 1:00pm and 7:00pm. Proof of income and proof of citizenship is not required.
