Who Is The Program For?

The Temporary Food Operation Program provides services to all people interested in operating a temporary food operation in Columbus City or Worthington.

How To Use The Program

A Temporary Food Operation License Application must be completed and submitted to the Columbus Public Health 10 days prior to the event.

Cost

Temporary Food Operation License 

• Commercial License             $54.00 per day
• Non-Commercial License     $27.00 per day
