Provide knowledgeable assistance in the area of food safety, regulatory requirements and the design and approval of temporary food operations.
Who Is The Program For?
The Temporary Food Operation Program provides services to all people interested in operating a temporary food operation in Columbus City or Worthington.
How To Use The Program
A Temporary Food Operation License Application must be completed and submitted to the Columbus Public Health 10 days prior to the event.
Cost
Temporary Food Operation License - Commercial License $54.00 per day
- Non-Commercial License $27.00 per day
